About Us
Strengthen Small Business
Supporting the Backbone of America
Small businesses are the backbone of the U.S. economy, making up 99.9% of all businesses and employing nearly half of the private workforce. Yet, nearly 20% fail in their first year, and almost 50% close by year five. OneVoiceFocused believes failure isn’t inevitable—it’s preventable with the right support and resources.
We are not just building digital bridges — we’re honoring neighborhood roots. The failure of a small business or nonprofit isn’t just a personal loss—it’s a setback for the entire community. Media and investors often glorify “fail fast, fail forward,” which discourages structural support for sustainable growth.

Johanns Williams
Founder – OneVoiceFocused
With a passion for community growth and economic empowerment, Johanns Williams founded OneVoiceFocused to help strengthen small businesses and nonprofits from the inside out. He has served as a nonprofit board president for over 15 years and brings more than 25 years of operational leadership experience supporting mission-driven organizations across the region.
Johanns’ work centers on building simple, scalable systems that help leaders stabilize operations, expand resources, and deliver measurable impact. His approach reflects a core belief: communities are rebuilt from the inside out. When local businesses and nonprofits thrive, families thrive, and entire neighborhoods become stronger.
Rooted in the guiding message “We Were Called to Believe,” his commitment is to create a village of support around the organizations serving our most vulnerable neighbors. Because it truly takes a village to support nonprofits and small businesses.
